Abstract 

Technologies offered consume for 1.0 ton CH2/ 0.85 ton coal and extract CO2 from the air (1.52 ton CO2 / ton CH2) - twice more than emits.

CH2 - oil abbreviature.   

This technology is based on Judbarovski process :  1.5 C + H2O = CH2 + 0.5 CO2. So 0.5 C + H2O = H2 + 0.5 CO2 - 90 kJ.  H2 =  0.5 C + 90 *4 / 3.6, so H2 = 819 /2 = USD 410 / ton H2; C02 + H2 = CO2H2 and CO2H2 = CO + H20 totally give CO2 + H2 = CO + H20 and CO = H2 / 28 = 410 *2 + 5 * 44  = 1040 / 28 = USD 37 / ton  CO; CO + 2 H2 = CH2 + H2O + 226 kJ; and CH2 = ( 37 * 28 + 4 * 410 - 226 000 * 0.3 * 0.02 / 3.6) / 14 / 7 = USD 23.0 / bbl = 14.5 cent / liter = USD 0.55 / gallon.
