Abstract
Following the Media, E. Mask’s Global system, being known as StarLink, to build a free global internet for everybody, it supposedly would comprise some tens thousands satellites of 250 kg each on near circular Low Earth Orbits (LEO), spread globally To prolong lifetime of the said system, ion thruster engine is used. Its lifetime can be up to 5 years. I suppose another approach can simplify those satellites and allows their lifetime up to 20 years to prolong. PV-cells can be used for energy supply.
Orbital engine unit of satellite (i.e. both its engine and its fueling system) have to be substituted by new one near a moment, when its projected lifetime ends. A cargo spaceship mission can be used for that purpose simultaneously for maximally big group of the satellites ones in 5 years for the E. Mask project and in 10 years for my alternative.
My alternative is 4 liter of the water, split by alkaline electrolyser + pumps for H2 and O2 storage and fueling a jet engine, periodically working shortly totally 10 minutes for orbit maintenance during the said 10 years
