Aircraft velocity, 720 km/hr. and 2600 kW only if standard container, but not aircraft. It moves on the ground inside vacuumed thin-wall tubes, but their vacuum is 0.2 bars, not more than in the sky above clouds at 7-10 km for ordinary airplanes. No traffic jams and no ice on fuselage. No wings, but ordinary air cushions of 200 kW. Computerisation is not sophisticated. Freezing of the water consumes much less energy than evaporation. Solar and wind as a primery energy, the both can be about USD 0.004 / kWh or even less. [1]. Multy-stage freeze-thaw technology allows dewatering of 95% - 99% if constantly removing the ice from the water of natural seawater composition, and remaining is a targed product, potassium cloride 2.2 kg KCl/m3 seawater, inside the mix 16 kg with MgCl2 and MgSO4. Such KCl alone is eatimated by me as a cost of seawater freezing + 100 %. 1.0 m3 is by 6.1 kJ/mol = 330,000 /3600 sec./hr. = 92 kWh = 92 * 0.004 = USD 0.36 /m3 = 2.2 kg KCl = USD 170/ton KCl + 100% = USD 340/ton with a big reserve, vs. now fob price of USD 400 . Really, if 1100 kWh / m2 in moderate climate, 10 milliards ton of oil equivalen (toe) fossil fuels consume annualy, (now 85% of all energy needs). 242 kJ / mol hydrogen can be converted in zero-carbon artificial fuels, so 3 * 242 millions / 14 /3600 sec. = 14,000 kWh / toe = 13 m2 / toe. 10^10 * 13 / 10^6 /0.3 efficiency = 500,000 km2 or about 0.1 % of the Eeath surface, land and water, to provide all energy consume of the mankind [1], domestically and distribute. For Germany it is 2.5%. 50 millions km2 of present agriculture lands globally can be substituted sufficiently by Lemna minor farming.
