Aircraft velocity, 720 km/hr. and 2600 kW only if standard container, but not aircraft. It moves on the ground inside vacuumed thin-wall tubes, but their vacuum is 0.2 bars, not more than in the sky above clouds at 7-10 km for ordinary airplanes. No traffic jams and no ice on fuselage. No wings, but ordinary air cushions of 200 kW. Computerisation is not sophisticated. There are no need to break anything, but to create such system from zero it would be cheap and quick (10,000 km would be about USD 100-millions.). 1.3 kWh/10 ton-km !!! Note. (1) Such system is many relatively short tubes eguipped by entrances and exists and connections each with others for "survivelance" and safety in extremal times. (2) Ii works by tremendously cheap electricity and/or artificial fuels, invented earlier, but it is another story.

Its energy effectiveness can be close to 100%, while it has very simple design, and its electricity is about 0.3 USA cents per kWh, because a lion share of the said cost is a share of a geared electric generator. It works in open sea in principle, while global wind kinetic power is about 20.0 milliard kW. The power generation unit is a small pilotless boat with a flat sail.
