Abstract
It is well known, that being EM-wave if falling on Rectenna (antenna array + rectifiers), any thermal radiation theoretically can create electricity, but being near 100 THz, such Rectenna is infeasible, because effective rectifiers of such big frequency are not exist even theoretically.
A wide strip source of heat can be considered as a frequency band with lion share of its full energy lying in small part of the band near maximum and its envelope lays within half of difference its edges of the band of frequencies, so the Rectenna can be considered as a thermal heterodyne being served as generator of electricity of high energy efficiency can be near 70%, and with rectifiers 10 THz if T ~= 700 C. and resonators as big as some micrometers, so extremely cheap in manufacturing.
