During last three years the Japan government’s energy authorities declared and then rejected different Strategic Energy Plans (“SEP”), each more stupid than the previous ones, but the all of them need some trillions USA dollars of budget and being depended from foreigners.  Detailed, but shortly, it is stored in http://judbarovski.blogspot.com/2019/05. P.S. of 01.2025 in pair words  No replay till now.  Now I try to collect a representative international group with another even more actual patentable initiative. Carbon-neutral and free fuels from atmospheric CO2 and water.

Abstract

Offered fuels and technology of its production domestically and distribute, and carbon-neutral.

 Such fuel will allow 
(1) to reach energy independency;  
(2) being sold a little cheaper than present prices, allow avoid economic shocks and  fill a state budget and here in few months to reach free Capex and to invest exponentially in analogous new systems.; 
(3)  to use a present fuels' infrastructure ; 
(4)  defense in war time and against terrorists;

(5)  integration of renewable energy in national grid, even if all primary energy is 100 % renewable one. 

 Short disclosure.  I''ll be glad to answer all question. 
(1) CO + 2H2 = CH2 + H2O +236 kJ.; CH2 = 21.4 * 28 + 182 * 4 - 236,000 * 0.25 *0.01 / 3.6 = 1150, i.e. = USD 11.5 / bbl  = USD 0.07 / liter, practically free.
(2) CO + H2O = H2 + CO2 (cycled) - 3 kJ negligible; H2 = 13 * 28  = USD 364 / 2 = USD 182 / ton H2. 
(3) CO2  / CO reduction via formic acid; CO = 5 * 44 + (286 kJ / 0.87 ) * 4 / 3.6 = 220  + 365 = USD 585 / 28 USD =21 / ton CO for (1), and CO = 365 / 28 =13 /  ton CO for (2) .
