В Николаеве мужчину 18 суток содержали в помещении ТЦК после того, как во время мобилизации ему сломали ребра. Об этом сообщил уполномоченный Верховной Рады по правам человека Дмитрий Лубинец. По его словам, во время проверки документов выяснилось, что мужчина уже действующий военнослужащий. В то же время, он продолжал находиться в помещении ТЦК, а не был направлен в свою воинскую часть. "На наш вопрос, а как он может до сих пор быть в этом помещении, а не отбыл в распоряжение своей воинской части, мы получили ответ: у него были сломанные ребра во время проведения мобилизации — ждали, пока ребра срастутся", — рассказал Лубинец.
