(2) To be competitive, artificial fuel needs for its synthesis from CO2 of the air and H2 by the water splitting, energy for it must be cheaper than USA cent/kWh or so. A cost of primary energy of Solar and Wind in the order of magnitude can be cheapened by reducing their frontal dimension down to about 1.0 m2 unit, so such units are thinner proportionally and is negligible vs. a cost of electric generators being a lion's share per kilowatt, and cheaper than 0.5 UScent/kWhbstitute .
