Saving of a city burden by private vehicles

About 10th years have passed of my seria of articles started by "Progressive transportation Manifesto" [1] and "Progressive city-car realization and powering-Updated,#1" in particular. [2]. Nevertheless, urban traffic problems grow only. They are no investments in infrastructures or conveniency problems, but social one - car ownership is a mark of more high social level of the owner. Solution can be some years of displacement of private cars by the city-cars as urban transport, at first locally. It can be the best popularisation. References. Its energy effectiveness can be close to 100%, while it has very simple design, and its electricity is about 0.3 USA cents per kWh, because a lion share of the said cost is a share of a geared electric generator. It works in open sea in principle, while global wind kinetic power is about 20.0 milliard kW. The power generation unit is a small pilotless boat with a flat sail.
