CH2 - oil abbreviature.    This technology is based on Judbarovski process :  1.5 C + H2O = CH2 + 0.5 CO2. So 0.5 C + H2O = H2 + 0.5 CO2 - 90 kJ.  H2 =  0.5 C + 90 *4 / 3.6, so H2 = 819 /2 = USD 410 / ton H2; C02 + H2 = CO2H2 and CO2H2 = CO + H20 totally give CO2 + H2 = CO + H20 and CO = H2 / 28 = 410 *2 + 5 * 44  = 1040 / 28 = USD 37 / ton  CO; CO + 2 H2 = CH2 + H2O + 226 kJ; and CH2 = ( 37 * 28 + 4 * 410 - 226 000 * 0.3 * 0.02 / 3.6) / 14 / 7 = USD 23.0 / bbl = 14.5 cent / liter = USD 0.55 / gallon.

Abstract .   Small VAWTs are fixed to a rope distributed. The said rope is fixed at down and stretched above by a balloon with a gas, is lighter than air.  Each HAWT is equipped by simplest passive stabilizers. HAWTs are rotated in opposite directions each to neighboring ones to diminish the rope's loads. Being small, the said HAWTs in sum are lighter and cheaper in order of magnitude, by their cost can be negligible in comparison with total system, In its turn the lion share of the cost is the cost of its electric generators being about USD 100  / kW. So USD 120 / (5 years payback * 8000 hours) = 0.3 US cents /kWh ~= 0.4 cents /kWh with reserve. The system can be folded while lowering for treatment.

Such mix is much more safe and compact than natural gas, ammonium and than hydrogen especially. Abstract.   Artificial fuels to be competitible, wind and solar generators of primary energy had been designed by me to be enough thin, but strong, and now they reach about US cents 0.5 /kWh a little less or more. It allows H2 by USD 100 - 200 / MT by different chemistry, CO down to USD 17.0, CO2 from the air by special invented technology down to less than USD 5 - 10 /MT. All those allow incredible cheap basic carbon based fuels, e. g. hydrocarbons  -  CH2, practically free.
