Non usual simple way allows from air and water to synthesize hydrocarbons fuels (CH2 abbreviated) being green and cheap and well scalable and can be distributed as in production as in applications. (A) CO2 + 0.25 O2 + 1.5 H2 = CO + 1.5 H2O + 146 kJ, 146,000 * 0.3 * 0.O3 / 3.6 = USD 365 electricity for sale. (B) CO + 1.5 H2O = C02 + 1.5 H2 + O.25 O2 - 146 kJ, 146 * 4 / 3.6 = USD 160 [1]. CO2 is free, being used in cycle. If H2 Opex being ordinary USD 400 / ton H2 at start way [2], so the 1-st round is CO = (1.5 * 2 * 400 - 365) / 28 = USD 30 /ton CO. (1a) CO + 2 H2O = CO2 + 2H2 + 0.5 O2 - 289 kJ. 289 * 4 /3.6 = USD 320 [1]. H2 = (37 * 28 + 320) / 4 = USD 339 /ton H2. and CO2 is free. (1b) CO2 + H2 = CO + H2O + 3 kJ negligible. CO = 2 * 339 / 28 = USD 24 / ton CO. The second step. (2a) CO + 2 H2O = CO2 + 2 H2 + 0.5 O2 - USD 320. H2 = (24 * 28 + 320) / 4 = USD 248 / ton H2. (2b) CO2 + H2 = CO + H20 - 3 kJ. CO = 2 * 248 / 28 = USD 18 / ton CO. The third step. (3a) H2 = (18 * 28 + 320) / 4 = USD 206 / ton H2. (3b) CO = 2 * 206 / 28 = USD 15 / ton CO. Planar one redirects solar flux onto motionless solar concentrator about 1 m2 with motionless focal spot, and father third tiny mirror in the focal spot redirects on motionless tube with heat carrier at the end with two tanks' known high temperature heat storage system. Such small heating units can be about USD 25 / m2 each and 5 years payback and serves to convert the heat into artificial fuels. 500 cent /( 2500 * 0.4) = 0.5 cent /kWh electricity. Q.E.D.
