Super high speed ship

Super high speed ship of big payload, May 2019 Abstract A super high speed ship of big payload of my design provides extremely small transportation expenditures.   Being paired with the inland transportation in vacuum tubes, it would give tremendous influence on world markets and geopolitics. There is a thin air cocoon around the hull of the ship under its waterline, and the ship’s nose is tilted back and forcing out the front water upward above sea level. Such ship being 5000 ton payload considered below (e. g. 6 m * 10 m and 120 m length ~= 6500 m3 displacement) of 900 km/h speed = 250 m/s allows incredible low transportation expenditure about 0.022 kWh/ton-km Regards, David Judbarovski, 79, principle inventor, systems engineering, retired engineer, judbarovski@gmail.com , Israel My ship’s design is based on two key ideas. (1) A force of 900 km/h = 250 m/s being so big on front water being an incompressible matter, that the ship’s nose being a form of a w

Innovative design for high-speed transport at vacuum

Innovative design for high-speed transportation at vacuum Author: David Judbarovski, systems engineering, retired Abstract My innovation is a design of a vacuum enclosure providing as safety as CAPEX share of a cost of transportation lower USD 0.01/10 ton-km. Another invention is a technology of extremely cheap electricity of USD 0.004/kWh, and for countries nearby open ocean, it can be USD 0.0025, and totally (CAPEX plus OPEX) would be lower 0.01/10 ton-km too. Even if now conventional electricity, the total cost would be less USD 0.05/10 ton-km. A form of thin wall vacuum tube can be formed and supported by a less pressure for its outer air environment being, in its turn enclosed by closed iron lattice covered by a massive cocoon of mix of sail and stones against attacks and by a roof of reinforced concrete. Such design provides a cheap CAPEX and a safety now the both are a lion share of a cost of transportation at vacuum. I can suppose that high-speed air-cushion

Fresh look, Japan offshore

Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry Japan, https://criepi.denken.or.jp/cgi-bin/en/inquiry/inquiry_entry.cgi   Dear Secretary, I can suppose you to be no big professional in engineering, so please forward my very interdisciplinary message to your institute professionals of Energy Innovation Center and/or to your Planning Group having intellectual Property Sectors, as its high importance merits for Japan energy security and economics and independence.   1.5.2019 Abstract During last three years the Japan government’s energy authorities declared and then rejected different Strategic Energy Plans (“SEP”), each more stupid than the previous ones, but the all of them need some trillions USA dollars of budget and being depended from foreigners. Being uniquely educated & experienced engineer (see short CV in attachment), I can confirm that Japan can be energy independent after three years of works by about one milliard USA dollars of total budget.
