If the said young fishes being thrown up for their wild live, and if the said fishes are flock fishes, can be stood each by others to live and survive in the wild environment, such technology will increases a wild fishes population, and it can be cheaper and much more healthy than conventional fish farming.Fishes

Such cars are to be much cheaper and simpler than conventional cars. But I can suppose strictly to reject all sorts of powering from underground, because it creates additional and not simple and cheap road works for city road services. Powering from air (from wires) or by trolley connections looks as quite problematic too. I can offer the following high-tech, but very cheap innovation for it. The said VTOL device is lifting an aircraft till a possibility of its flight by itself with service device can be folded, when cruise. The service devise is 20 times lighter than a payload vs. helicopter empty weight being equal to its payload.
