Date: 17.02.2021 About recently Request for Information (RFI) DE-FOA-0002389 by your Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) and Wind Energy Technologies Office (WETO), when gigantic present 110 Gigawatt of offshore Wind Power capacity in particular, and nobody know a way to integrate them in the present USA Energy systems without about USD 100 billion of loss of Federal budget and businesses, so needs the debts restructuring for many years long. I have positive breakthrough ideas and results too to be submitted without any delay and help, but the said RFI is closed a month ago, Illusory belief in Smart Grids really being a Big Folly in a case of large districts’ demand and supply, a cost problem to convert such power in competitive artificial fuel because it needs electricity cheaper USD 0.01/kWh, and any other electricity storage is
