Its lifetime can be up to 5 years. I suppose another approach can simplify those satellites and allows their lifetime up to 20 years to prolong. The said units are fixed orthogonally each to others and can be miniaturized down to tiny and cheap digital device paired with a tiny chip to calculate the exact vector of acceleration and then the exact route and last position of the vehicle.

I consider here to explain that the evil is not as bad as he is being treated.   Really, the bigger speed the bigger inertia, and lower a ratio of lateral speed to cruise speed, especially because a longitudinal section of any hypersonic missile is more than in order of magnitude bigger than its cross-section.
