Progressive city-car realization and

My three levels’ conception of

2017). Its first level is a city-car.
Special designed city-car is a car moved
electrically and equipped by very small battery as a city-grid element, and it
isn’t big news now. Such cars are to be much cheaper and simpler than
conventional cars and save a lot of energy. But I can suppose strictly to
reject all sorts of powering them from underground, because it is energy ineffective
and creates additional and not simple and cheap road works can burden the city
roads services. Powering from air (from wires) or by trolley connections looks
as quite problematic too.
For the moment I suppose the following
presumptions and the following system of the city-car powering.
(1) Ordinary city-cars are not more that
for 7-9 passengers. Certainly, some special cars and their special guards are
possible too for special cases and special routes, but it isn’t problematic to be
realized too by special, but known means including non-standard ones.
(2) The city-cars and conventional cars of
all sorts are not contradict each to others, but the last ones must be
substituted as soon as possible by the city-cars, can be pilotless in quite
nearest future and used as a taxi, while all personal cars must be banned in
the cities in nearest future too.
(3) A speed of the ordinary city-car can be
no more than 20 m/s (~70 km/h) for safety, for the system simplicity and for energy
economy, so it can be provided by powering of not more than 5 kW-10 kW per a
car from “powering blocks” of two poles (one of them is the “earth”

(5) The city car battery, if working alone,
can provide 8-12 minutes of route, or up to 12 km range, so a gap between the powering
blocks is possible to be up to 12 km too for the battery full recharging.
(6) the powering block is serving to
transform its input voltage in save electrical voltage of about 20-40 Volt as
its output, can fed the city-car with a help of its flat current collector
fixed to the city-car by one end, while its another end is elastic still comb
or brush. The said current collector is foldable and covered by a dielectric.
(7) Ordinary, the said powering block is a
box placed at about one meter above the road level and can be about 50 meters long
and about 20 cm height with a narrow slot
for powering along it.
(8) One block can serve for one line of a
road, but ordinary for two lines by both sides of the block.

The slot of the box of the powering block is protected by a shield from rain
and dust and has a sewer for washing.
