Mutual beneficial energy deal to save EU and Ukraine David Judbarovski, systems engineering, principle inventor judbarovski@gmail.com Abstract It can help Ukraine and Europa to survive coming winter at fuels shortage now and forever. . Recently invented wind power generator (SVAWT), being simple, cheap, compact and reliable, it can be made of common and mass traded materials and parts, allows breakthrough cheap and distributed energy consuming totally minimal area, when Russia invasion and present extermination of infrastructures in Ukraine. Background The said SVAWT (special vertical axis wind turbine) was disclosed and evaluated as for politics and economist popularly, and as for professionals. Surplus power creates competitive fuels. (see “Promotion, new wind power, October 2022” , posted on October 12, 2022, in https://judbarovski.blogspot.com/2022/10 ). SVAWT is slightly heated at danger of freezing... As for Ukraine, it can be recommended in the said war time, to receive electricity and fuels substituted by electricity, from SVAWTs distributed on not so neighboring and far from Russia, allies like Germany, Italy, Romania, Slovakia. It would be mutual beneficial deal. Really, For example, Germany alone can substitute its import of 150 milliard cubic meter of natural gas by cheap SVAWTs electricity and to export partly fuels and electricity in Ukraine in quantity of all Ukrainian needs. The SVAWTs plants would not extract lands area from its former economic use, and distributed on 10% Germany territory totally. .

Breakthrough new fuel is better than oil David Judbarovski, systems engineering, principle inventor judbarovski@gmail.com Abstract Lithium hydride being reformed by water vapor in hydrogen then by fuel cell can create 5.25 kWh electricity/ kg. LiH, vs. 3.75 kWh per kg gasoline, while that LiH needs for its recycling 10.3 kWh renewable electricity , so system energy efficiency is 50% without any harmful exhaust. For the oil, analogous technology or by burning the both are followed by the oil recycling, they are 25% energy efficient with a lot of harmful exhaust..
