It is a new kind of HPV (human powered vehicle) with transition of ski treadmill to power a generator and bike-type wheels. An excellent aerodynamic shield can be used without designing problem. A pilot power is about 430 kcal-h ordinary in that case for a long time. If 50% of its energy being stored by a small battery and periodically used for travelling, and a pilot can relax of 50% of the route time, the average speed is about 45 km/h, even if a rugged terrain and 25 kg cargo.  
Because a human daily energy for a long work being about 3500 kcal ordinary, it is enough for about 14 hours of the route of 630 km long. It is a noiseless transport and can be used as for military missions and for different civil applications and can compete with cars and trains.
We can name that transport means as STVS (ski treadmill vehicle with storage), or [stevs] or more shortly as Judbarovki vehicle (JV), or [dzheiv].

Really, F (force of a pilot) ~= 0.01 (friction losses) * 100 kg (weight of pilot with a cargo) + 0.22 (aerodynamic factor) *1.3 (air density) * 0.7 m2 (cross-section, while = 0.5 m2 if the pilot relaxing) * V^2/ * 0.5 (here the V m/s is the JV velocity). = 10 + 0.1 *V^2
So W = F * V (Watt)  = 10 *V + 0.1 * V^3 if work and = 10 *V + 0.07 if relax.
If 50% relax with 70 kcal-h, so in sum = (430 + 70) /2 = 250 kcal-hours = 280 watt in average, and 430 Watt if work
So V = 12 m/s = 43 km/h if work, and 47 km/h if relax.
~3500 kkal = ~14,000 kJ/ (0.28 kW * 3600 sec) = 14 hours.

And (14/2) * (43 + 47) ~= 630 km with average V ~= 50 km/h

LiH, vs. 3.75 kWh per kg gasoline, while that LiH needs for its recycling 10.3 kWh renewable electricity , so system energy efficiency is 50% without any harmful exhaust. For the oil, analogous technology or by burning the both are followed by the oil recycling, they are 25% energy efficient with a lot of harmful exhaust..
