Abstract/Summary of Idea:
(1) Li and Co deposits can’t satisfy E-cars demand and supply for not far future
(2) City-car- taxi as a grid element uses tiny battery for emergency only and powered along the streets by IE wing.
(3) A net of stations for regional vehicles, mostly being high speed pilotless flying ones.
(4) Normal state of vehicle must be transportation, and not waiting as a lion share of its lifetime.

The city car battery, if working alone, can provide 5-10 minutes of route, or up to 10 km range, allowig a gap between the powering blocks allong streets to be up to 10 km too for the battery full recharging.

LiH, vs. 3.75 kWh per kg gasoline, while that LiH needs for its recycling 10.3 kWh renewable electricity , so system energy efficiency is 50% without any harmful exhaust. For the oil, analogous technology or by burning the both are followed by the oil recycling, they are 25% energy efficient with a lot of harmful exhaust..
