Practical system for cheap energy for all mankind needs

First version and publication of that breakthrough technology goes back to July, 2017 and was titled as “Fresh look on wind power generation”. That was really a fresh & new look now improved and upgraded ([3870]- 26.08.2018) into a system, can produce by 0.2 US cent/kWh and deliver the electricity reliably and safely to any point of the world in practically unlimited quantity by final cost of 0.4 US cents for any consumption schedule.

The key idea originally was to transform a route energy of a sail boat into rotation of a generator equipped by a special hydraulic turbine with effectiveness near 100%.. Now I offer to hang the sail in a form of thin mattress filled by hydrogen at height of 200-300 m with much more wind pressure A small pressure of the said hydrogen serves to support a form of the sail against variable wind speed.

Two ropes are enough to control the sail position from the boat, can be pilotless.
At any sea or ocean the wind at the said heights is about 10 m/s, so the wind at 45 grade to the sail of H * B * = 50 m * 20 m = 1000 m2 can produce 300 kW electricity by 0.2 US cents/kWh with the said generators of USD 80/kW, e.g. permanent magnet direct-drive ones, do not need the gearbox.

Certainly, we need to transform on-board the said electricity to something being suitable for transportation from the moving boats, and it is hydrogen gas produced thermally from desalinated sea water, then collected and transported to the artificial island for hydrogen liquefying, if a long distance, and then in thermal insulated vessel by hydrogen blimp by air, using the said liquid hydrogen as the said blimp fueling.

The liquefying will double a cost of electricity vs. its sea/ocean origin one, while cost of transportation with liquid hydrogen fueling is relatively negligible for more than 150 ton cargo and up to 10,000 km transportation and then electricity producing for micro-grids by hydrogen-air fuel cells from our cheap liquid hydrogen, is suitable for long-term storage of some months up to a year for the micro-grids. 
       
Some examples of tremendous consequences of my invention in economics and human life:

(1) Such cheap and limitless and easy accessible electricity will turn a human life, production and transportation to electricity usage as practically only energy resource and transform design of things and tools for energy effective feeding by electricity.
(2) About 40.0 trillions kWh electricity would be enough in a middle-term perspective to feed all needs of mankind. It can be provided by 4.0 milliars kW power can provided by 15.0 millions simple boats of 300 kW each for races with reverse of 0.04 km2 water for each , totally about 100 milliard USD annually for 5 years.
Really, it is practically negligible expense in comparison with world GDP. We can imagine a way to solve the all world energy supply problem practically free? Here I did it, and did by green way.
It would need about of 0.12% of oceans surface area for world range power plants.
Mediterranean Sea surface (2,5 millions km2), Black sea (550,000) km2, North Sea (570,000 m2), are 3.5 million km2 totally, and 4.0 % of it as the power farm can cover all energy needs of EU + Ukraine + Belarus + Moldova + Georgia by electricity and hydrogen gas without costly hydrogen liquefying, so by electricity as cheap as 0.2-0.25 Eurocents/kWh.

Nevertheless, I can think that in our turbulent world there are much more reliably to prefer electricity generation in far open ocean than in a nearest sea, even if the electricity would be twice more expensive.
