Protected payment card instead of money


Fully protected payment cards supported by national database for transactions

The world without the money is possible in nearest future, while all transactions can be transparent and fully protected against all sorts of criminals. If being supported by national database for all transactions (NDBT), any criminals can be simply and quickly and cheaply detected automatically.  
It needs the following steps.
(1) The Payment Cards are personalized, even if for businesses.      
(2) The Payment Cards are protected by personal identification by face, voice, finger print, signature, passwords of any sorts, and alarm. Such protection is using AI (artificial intellect) application. analogously present practice.
(3) Before first transactions, there are used a learning of the said AI and its testing.
(4) Nobody is able to pay from your Payment Card, but only you are.
(5) A full copy of the Payment Card as static one as a dynamic one is serving for you for reliability.
(6) The payment can by three step procedure. At first, it is pre-payment for delivery, then followed by confirmation of receiving, and then final full payment through the said NDBT.  
(7) A reverse side of the Payment Card is a interactive display.
(8) The Payment Card is equipped by photo-camera and by telephone.
(9) It is something like of a smartphone, but very specified one, so much more small and lighter in the weight, but some bigger than present credit cards..
(10) You can receive warnings and any other information concerning your account in the NDBT.

LiH, vs. 3.75 kWh per kg gasoline, while that LiH needs for its recycling 10.3 kWh renewable electricity , so system energy efficiency is 50% without any harmful exhaust. For the oil, analogous technology or by burning the both are followed by the oil recycling, they are 25% energy efficient with a lot of harmful exhaust..
