We succeeded in wind power design and evaluate its economics. It gives electricity 0.35 cent/kWh at 5 years payback. Being sold by 10 cents, payback would be 2.0 months, and the further it would be a net profit can be redirected as a budget for building of 5.0 identical power plants are equal to previously ones were built. It is “breeding” investment”. Such power plants consumes a small area for unit and can be installed anywhere as at the land, as in abundant area of seas and oceans, even if in very deep waters. (2) CO2 + 3 H2 = CH2 (oil) + H2O - 72 kJ negligible. 3 H2O = 3H2 + 1.5 O2 - 858 kJ = 40,000 kWh/ton H2 CO2 from air reacts with CaO solution then split by heat = 1144 kWh/ton CO2 If less $0.01/kWh, so (1144 * 44 + 6 * 40,000 / 0.7-efficiency) / 14 = 28,000 kWh /ton oil = 4,000 kWh/bbl << $40/bbl OPEX + ~$25/bbl CAPEX Q.E.D. !!!
