Preamble to free and carbon neutral hydrogen, gas and oil. Combination of a real possibility to produce tremendously cheap energy from sun and wind, with excess heat of classical Sabatier reaction for CH4 production, when the said heat is transformed in electricity, is sold by present level of local tariffs, as a net profit totally can be invested exponentially for new buildings to reach energy independency from hostile exporters. Moreover, the fuels created by offered technology can use the existing fuels infrastructure for energy supply for consumers at any designed schedule. The said system can be disintegrated down to local consumers as a local supply, being importantly for war times and against terrorist attacks. No now sore unsolvable problem to integrate solar and wind in national grids. There are CO2 extracted from the air is equal to CO2 exhausted, including CO2 of fuels' combustion.
