Abstract. 

C + H2O = CO + H2 - 176 KJ, 

176 * 4 / 3.6 = USD 200.  

Q (H2) + 200 = (Q(C) * 12 - Q(CO) *28) / 2. 

If C = USD 120/ ton, СO = USD 50 /ton,  H2 = practically free.
