Abstract.  (a) H2O = H2 + 0.5 O2 - 286 kJ / 0.90= 320 kJ;  (b) CO2 + H2 = CO2H2 + 32 kJ;  (c) CO2H2 = CO + H2O - 29 kJ; and totally  320 +  32  -29  = 324 kJ vs.- 283 kJ if  CO2 = CO  + 0.5 O2.  So my technology is 283 / 324 = 87 % energy effective.

MgH2 + 2 H2O = Mg(OH)2 + 2 H2- 278 kJ; 278 * 0.03 (energy efficiency) = 90 kJ electricity; 2 H2 = PEM electrolysis = 640 kJ, and totally 90 + 640 = 730 kJ electricity = 7900  kwh/MT MgH2. Recycling. Mg(OH)2 = MgO + H2O -38 kJ; MgO + CO = Mg + CO2 ( used in cycle) -318 kJ. 0.5 C + 0.5 CO2 = CO -86 kJ; Mg + H2 = MgH2 +75 kJ; CO + H2O = H2 + CO2 -3 kJ, and totally 370 kJ = 3950 kwh/MT MgH2 + 0.5 mol coal consume and 1.5 mol CO2 exhaust per mol MgH2. It allows to solve now unsolvable problem of integration huge renewable energy in national grids for energy production of any designed schedule, practically without loses during delivery and for war time and against terrorists attack. The last by fuel cells produces electricity of any designed schedule distribute for distributed consumers. It allows to solve now sore and unsolvable problem to integrate huge and unpredictable renewable electricity in national grid by regular way for distributed consumers.  Such system is enough stable in war times and against terrorists' attacks.  100 million kw RE integration no more than relatively negligible 10 milliard USD if 4 years payback.
