Half-green artificial fuels as a step to green energy.

Abstract.  
Artificial fuels to be competitible, wind and solar generators of primary energy had been designed by me to be enough thin, but strong, and now they reach about US cents 0.5 /kWh a little less or more. It allows H2 by USD 100 - 200 / MT by different chemistry, CO down to USD 17.0, CO2 from the air by special invented technology down to less than USD 5 - 10 /MT. All those allow incredible cheap basic carbon based fuels, e. g. hydrocarbons  -  CH2, practically free. Just bellow  I illustrate all them. 

 Short disclosure  
(1) CO + 2H2 = CH2 + H2O +236 kJ.; CH2 = 18 * 28 + 145 * 4 - 236,000 * 0.004 / 3.6 = 504 + 580  - 655 = USD 430  and 430 /14 / 7 - USD 4.3 / bbl. .
(2) CO + H2O = H2 + CO2  - 3 kJ negligible; H2 = 18 * 28 - 5 * 44 = USD 284/ 2 = USD 142/ ton H2. 
(3) CO2  / CO reduction via formic acid; CO = 2.7 * 44 + 286 kJ / 0.87 = 118  + 329 = USD 447 / 28 = USD 16 / ton CO.  

Conclusion. 
 Such fuel will allow 
(1) to reach energy independency;  
(2) being sold a little cheaper than present prices allow avoid economic shocks and  fill  a state budget.;
(3)  to use now fuels' infrastructure ; 
(4)  defence in war time and against terrorists;
(5)  integration of renewable energy in national grid.
