Ammonia being greatly soluble in the water, it can and must be produced well scalably and distributely and remotely by my supercheap renewable energy [2], [2a], and stored and trasported at very mild conditions of temperature, pressure, compactness, safety, and cost up to three order of magnetude better than its conventional alternatives. Its energy effectiveness can be close to 100%, while it has very simple design, and its electricity is about 0.3 USA cents per kWh, because a lion share of the said cost is a share of a geared electric generator. It works in open sea in principle, while global wind kinetic power is about 20.0 milliard kW. The power generation unit is a small pilotless boat with a flat sail. Four small floats placed symmetrically at a distance from the boat, are serving to compensate a torque force of the wind on the sail.
