Its energy effectiveness can be close to 100%, while it has very simple design, and its electricity is about 0.3 USA cents per kWh, because a lion share of the said cost is a share of a geared electric generator. It works in open sea in principle, while global wind kinetic power is about 20.0 milliard kW. The power generation unit is a small pilotless boat with a flat sail. Four small floats placed symmetrically at a distance from the boat, are serving to compensate a torque force of the wind on the sail.
