Present Strait of Hormuz crisis reminded once again about bottlenecks of maritime transport and logistic, but it can be helped by unmaned blimps (foldable airships with flexible thin walls), as a panacea, carrying a tank for cargo. Each tank equipped by engine and four tiny and cheap sensors of altitude and some propellants for soft landing, especially if crash cases, wartime etc.. Such airships are filled by light gas, e.g. hydrogen or ammonia or methane
For example, for import/export of 2.0 milliard ton cargo annually, 1.0 cent/10 ton-km. It can be a fleet of 400,000 standartized airships used and manufactured distributelly in a huge quantety, USD 15,OOO, 36 km/h, 250 kW. 70 ton cargo, 10% of its weight is a fuel for 5,000 km range. Thay can be and must be manufactured automatized by total cost being negligible USD 6.0 milliards, 1.0 year payback.
(1) sustainable and cheap transport (2) mobility strategy, (3) militery mobility, (4) security and safety, (5) infrastructure and investmens, (6) research and innovations, (7) international relations.
