I specially write simultaneously to the three ones, each will inevitable come off the track with huge loses in competition with two others if not accepting my technological offer promising 2.5-3.0 times to decrease a weight of a space launch vehicle, because 2.5-3 times lighter two- and three-stage rockets each.

My idea is transparent, but had some problems up to impossibility to be realized conventionally, but I solve such problems transparently by engineering points of view too, by implementing additional and non-standard technologies.

A core of the idea is the water splitting can start since LSO (Low Satellite Orbit) and producing the oxygen and the hydrogen being three times more powerful fuel than kerosene based ones, but the electrolyser is a very heavy device per kW power. Instead it we can use thermal water splitting by concentrated rays of a lot of LED-s or microwave generators, powered by PV-cells on substrate being a very thin film can be unrolled on the orbit, and oriented to the sun by two servomotors fed by a tiny share of the said hydrogen.

My draft economical evaluation of that patentable technology shows that it cheaper than conventional ones, can avoid problematic cryogenics, and extra time consume is non-critical for most commercial applications.

I’m a retired engineer of golden age, with very wide education and half-century experience, non-stop formulating wide spectra of hot practical problems and solving them as a principle inventor co-operating with real people and with real business many years on free basis.

Nevertheless, right now I need suddenly and urgently to help my sun in Russia with some money. I think my own bill would be not enough for it.  Can I hope about 20,000 USD as your help? My possible additional consulting for you concerning my technology offered in any case would be free.
