The said sandwich consists of two layers of either oxide or carbide or nitride of a metal and the said metal is in melted form inside the said two layers, The said vessel doesn’t need to be high temperature resisting, and even can be ordinary plastic. The said sandwich can be named as the WSD (water splitting device) is more specific. The WSD’s walls are solid at about 3000 C or even higher and have not to react with the water, while the WSD filling is melted at the said temperatures by electricity, but not evaporated.
