It is trasport and transportation for conventional vehicles and conventional cargo. Aircraft velocity, but not aircraft. It moves on the ground inside vacuumuized tubes, but their vacuum not more than in the sky above clouds at 7-10 km hight now used for ordinary airplanes. No traffic jams and no aicing on fuselage. No wings, but air cushion. Computerisation is not sophisticated. There are no need to break anything, but to create such system from zero, it would be cheap and quick (10,000 km would be about USD 1,5 milliards). The tubes can be thin-wall reinforced domes.
