Planar one redirects solar flux onto motionless solar concentrator about 1 m2 with motionless focal spot, and father third tiny mirror in the focal spot redirects on motionless tube with heat carrier at the end with two tanks' known high temperature heat storage system. Such small heating units can be about USD 25 / m2 each and 5 years payback and serves to convert the heat into artificial fuels. 500 cent /( 2500 * 0.4) = 0.5 cent /kWh electricity. Q.E.D.
