It is very compact, reliable, zero-carbon and quite hazard-free mattter of 150 g H2 / liter H2O, or 40,000 kJ * O.7 (fuel cell) = 28,000 kJ /kg solution, or 7.8 kWh / kg vs. 4.0 kWh /kg ordinary fueling of a car. It is 10 times lighter (10 times more mileage), than battery for EV. Our climate can be very sensitive to any its changing, ever to quite small one. And the author of such assumption appeals to build more nuclear power plants as a panacea. (2) The bigger NPP, the cheaper and simple to store and defend it as against criminals and againt weapon in a war-time, but any technical accident can be catastrophic for large regions for the very long future. It is an important step towards the implementation of H2 energy from a dream to reality by following strategy. (1) distributed renewable energy generation cheaper than USD 0.01 / kWh, (2) well scalable liquid or liquified fuels production distributely by the said RE energy and for storage, (3) such fuels can be used for powering of any designed schedule.
