Non usual simple way allows from air and water to synthesize hydrocarbons fuels (CH2 abbreviated) being green and cheap and well scalable and can be distributed as in production as in applications. (A) CO2 + 0.25 O2 + 1.5 H2 = CO + 1.5 H2O + 146 kJ, 146,000 * 0.3 * 0.O3 / 3.6 = USD 365 electricity for sale. (B) CO + 1.5 H2O = C02 + 1.5 H2 + O.25 O2 - 146 kJ, 146 * 4 / 3.6 = USD 160 [1]. CO2 is free, being used in cycle. If H2 Opex being ordinary USD 400 / ton H2 at start way [2], so the 1-st round is CO = (1.5 * 2 * 400 - 365) / 28 = USD 30 /ton CO. H2 = (30 * 28 + 160)/(1.5 * 2) = USD 333/ ton H2. The 2 nd raund is CO = (1.5 * 2 * 333 - 365) / 28 = USD 23 / ton CO, H2 = (23 * 28 + 160) / 3 = USD 268 / ton H2. Round 3 is CO = (3 * 268 - 365) / 28 = USD 15.7 / ton CO. H2 = (15.7 * 28 + 160 / 3 = USD 200 /ton H2 CO + 2 H2 = CH2 + H20, CH2 = (28 * 15.7 + 4 * 200 - 600) = 640. 640 / 14 = USD 46 / ton CH2 = USD 6.5 / bbl
