Simplest and cheapest air humidity transformer in electricity and water

David Judbarovski, systems engineering Abstract. A pulley is hung in the sky by a balloon with controlled position and buoyancy, and a rope on the pulley keeps two tubs, moved vertically in opposite directions by the rope. It allows to substitute small diffusion by much bigger convection. Disclosure. While the lifted tub is collecting the air humidity by desiccant inside it, and transform the renewable heat of condensation in electricity, the second tub is dewatering from big height onto a hydroelectric generator, can be some hundreds kW power + water distillate as a by-product.
