The kite-car can be a key element for
middle range traffic up to about 700 km long with cruise speed of about 350km/h
(see “Progressive Transportation Manifesto” http://judbarovski.blogspot.co.il/2017/05/progressive-transportation-manifesto.html
or http://judbarovski.livejournal.com/141099.html
, 2/05/2017 ).
Its landing can start at about 120 km/h
with a quite short landing way. So for the landing simplifying and reliability
the back wheels of the kite-car have to be some nearer to run-way level than
front wheels.
