New kind of VTOL aircraft of breakthrough advantages

VTOL is provided by a service device
comprises two cylinders of Kevlar flexible thin walls, one inside another,
filled by the air of controlled pressure, while its internal pressure is vacuum
and the said device external pressure is slightly higher than at ambient air. The
said VTOL device is lifting an aircraft till a possibility of its flight by itself
with service device can be folded, when cruise. The service devise is 20 times lighter
than a payload vs. helicopter empty weight being equal to its payload.
The internal vacuum serves to lift the
aircraft, while the external pressure with a help of thin ropes inside the external
cylinder serves to keep coaxial position of the said cylinders.
For example,
Aircraft of 25 ton weight can be lifted from
its hot start position with 4000 kW engine’s power in 100 sec with lifting rate of 20 m/s and then
more quickly till 5000 m height using negligible power. Analogously, we can
need only 60 sec to leave the land immediately after landing in a case of
emergency using 3000 kW power else. .
A landing can be more quickly than
lifting, nevertheless we can reach a land with practically zero of vertical
velocity
All those can have special military
interests and breakthrough advantages, and civil applications, e.g. in the
light of my conception of three levels of transportation as its third level (see
