The Wealth and the Health Manifesto
The Wealth
and Health Manifesto
2016 yr.
Author:
David Judbarovski, principle inventor, retired engineer, Israel
The author was
born in former USSR in 1939.
1962 –I was
graduated as Dipl.-Eng. in Mechanics and Technology with emphasis on control
and automation in chemical industry and mathematic simulation.
1962 –I was
starting my professional career in systems engineering, at first with emphasis
on applied mathematics methods.
Through my
life I had a duty experience in course in:
(1) air
traffic control, (2) microbiological industry, (3) pulp and paper industry, (4)
technology of microelectronics, (5) capital construction, (6) typical design,
(7) concrete industry, and was working as a researcher, a developer, a
designer, a technical supervisor, and as a worker too.
1961- 1973
- 5 years of post-graduate evening study on:
(1) applied
mathematics, (2) electrical engineering: (a) radio engineering, (b) electronic
and ionic technology (c) automated control systems. (ACS).
Besides, I
have very rich 50-years off-duty professional experience in economics and
inventions in very wide spectra of engineering and engineering systems. In the
last 10 years they are:
(1) green
& cheap & abundant & inexhaustible: (a) energy (b) production (c)
systems, (2) military systems, (3) technologies, (4) consume electronics
etc.
And I do
sure, the mankind life can be wealthy and healthy if using technologies based on
fundamental principles of classical engineering and present level of it, while
our Earth resources being enough for many millions years, and only our very
distortive social relations are obstacles on the way to create the paradise on
our planet.
Really,
(1) One of
fundamentals is the wide usage of recyclable materials and parts in minimal
amounts and dimensions and motionless parts for reliability and mass produced
ones for cheapness. For example, foils, sheets and wires having much bigger
specific strength than bulk materials are used in construction of solar thermal
concentrating system consists of pairs of protected mirrors of about 1.0 meter
diameter. One of the said mirrors is planar and serves for redirecting the
solar beams on another mirror being dish shape and focusing the said beams on
motionless focal spot on motionless tubes with heat carrier (see more detailed
in http://judbarovski.livejournal.com/106896.html ).
A cost of
such energy system is about US$10.0 per 1 m2 of solar flux, and can generate a
heat up to 650 Centigrade by US cent 0.1/kWh or so and less for sunny regions
and about 0.16 cents if Frankfurt (Germany).
(2) The
said heat can be transformed in electricity as by conventional means, e.g.
using turbine-generator by 0.25 cents/kWh for sunny regions or by 0.4 cent if
moderate climate. It is some tens time cheaper than present electricity tariffs
for consumers. It is absolutely clean energy.
Nevertheless,
my special efforts were to offer much more energy effective and cheaper and
simpler and very compact transformers of heat into electricity. It can be
special fuel cells can be recyclable by heating even without any interruption
of it work (see http://judbarovski.livejournal.com/66529.html
). Another possibility can by antenna
transformer of infra-red radiation into electricity. (see http://judbarovski.livejournal.com/122361.html
).
(3) The
inventions by p.1 and/or p.2 can be used for any designed schedule of energy
consume, if the said energy being transformed in chemicals. If being a fuel
cell described in p.2, such chemicals can be as anode and cathode material
stored.
(4) Much
more universal chemicals for that purpose can be artificial hydrocarbons, i.e.
gas and/or oil. By using the above-mentioned extremely cheap heat and/or
electricity we can produce extremely cheap ammonia that together with above-mentioned
extremely cheap artificial hydrocarbons or separately to be chemical
predecessors of very many other helpful chemical products being very cheap and
can be produced in any big quantity, because their predecessors and energy for
chemical industry can be practically unlimited. We can produce by the way
ammonia by US$ 12.0/ton and hydrocarbons by 6.0/boe (barrel of oil equivalent).
Carbone source for them can be natural carbon dioxide extracted from the air by
US$ 4.0/ton in carbon cycle and by calcium hydroxide chemical cycle. The said
hydrocarbons can be transformed in very many classical or new food products
biochemically, e.g. by fermentation by methanetrophs bacteria into meat
products can be more valuable as a human meals than natural meat.
(5) The
above-mentioned extremely cheap energy can change a game in fresh water supply,
agriculture, water reuse and water reservoirs cleaning and the water delivery.
Any point of the Earth can have clean and cheap water in any designed volume/
