Natural gas import can be 5-10% cheaper

The imported LNG’s cost is higher by about USD 80.0 per 1000 m3 NG, than sold by importer. The NG transportation by pipes and by ships for long distance is even more expensive vs. LNG transportation.

A shipping (with operations in it) is ordinary USD 25.0 +/-  depends on a distance, and regasification can add another USD 13.0 and need special terminal on a sea shore and special tankers.

If using instead transportation by sea, the transportation by air by blimps (nonrigid airships) can drastically reduce a cost of LNG transportation, if the said blimps are filled by NG (47%) in gaseous form under a tiny pressure and bearing the LNG as a cargo (53%), while about 1.5% of it is used as a fuel for the said transportation for 6,000 km.

For European Union it can save now totally more than Euro 1.0 milliard annually for transportation expenditures alone, because NG import by European Union being now about 280 milliard m3 per a year with 18% (about 50 milliard m3) in a form of LNG,

Moreover, there are some much more important preferences by the said technology offered

For example,

(a) very flexible choice of end terminals of LNG delivery can be inside any point of continental land, and save a lot of money for seaports and pipes infrastructure development

(b) much shorter route and bigger velocity, so much less the time of delivery vs. transportation by sea

(c) very flexible route allows by-passing transit through Russia, and it can open very attractive import from Central Asia , are rich by NG resources can be bought more cheaply

(d) it is possible to joint LNG cargo with other sorts of cargo by the same blimps filled by NG or ammonia.

The important note:

It must be a business of some countries of EU jointly or separately outside Brussels!!! or private business
