traffic-jams on province roads

My method was developed for Israel, but can
be applied for other countries with analogous problems. Nevertheless, I’m sure
that it is a problem of private cars ownership now can’t satisfy present and
future progressive transportation paradigm. I have my own understanding of that
problem and very economical decisions of it as for cities as for province, isn’t
needed in province roads at all, and their costly managing
Every working days, when a mass of cars
owners go from their province settlements to cities and when go back to home,
we can see terrible traffic-jams on the roads
destroying nerves and normal living of the said people.
If being a problem of twice a day only, it
is can’t be solved by traditional ways of grade separation, because its cost
can contradict its very low capacity, while at grade road separation can’t
help.
It can help my understanding that problem
and my decisions, can solve the problem for all Israel by fanny expense not
more than USD 300,000 forever and in a month of building works including geodesy
and geology and design ones.
Above-mentioned roads are used the main
time for personal cars traffic, and much more seldom for trucks.
I’ll explain here my method for three- or
four-ways intersections and right-hand traffic, but it can be modified for
other cases.
Just before the junction the road is turn for
one lane road of two directions, while adding two narrow side roads for cars, then
turn perpendicularly to the both road’s direction underground with 2.2 meter height
and no more than three meter width and covered there to bear the said trucks
weight, while the said side roads can be open from above and being sloped at
first down and then to upwards after passing the road’s lanes.
It will provide practically uninterrupted traffic on both directions as for cars as for trucks. And I see here one problem only to save the cars from hooligans and from idiots and against them can serve a steel lattice and additional light cover. The junction has to be controlled by right-of-way mode, and can be uncontrolled intersection or yield controlled intersection or stop-controlled one or signed-controlled one, depended on real traffic.
