New kind of public transport for suburb and province

New kind of public transport uses small land units (LU) being very simplified small cars can be electric vehicles, can be jointed in a sort of a train (TLU) as at a station, as on their traffic on main roads. Moreover, the said trains can be jointed in a super-trains (STLU), if being peak times, when a lot of passengers, while a gap between such super-trains is no more than if being for individual LU-s. The said transport can substitute railway transport because it can provide much better service, but needs a special way configuration, will be disclosed here too and can provide extremely high capacity with extremely cheap O & M vs. railway transportation, can be used for cargo trains only as a last monster of passing age.
Really, my kind of public transportation can provide
(1) A wait time at the station, is practically a zero      
(2) Uninterrupted traffic though junctions
(3) Highest transportation capacity
(4) High velocity of about 200 km/h, and shorter travel time
(5) Extremely low cost of travel ticket.
All those can bury public transportation by railways in favor for my means of transportation for suburbs and province.
It uses roads as simple ones as roads for cars, but can be equipped by charging by electricity, while traveling. At the junctions we can use two low & short tunnels perpendicularly one of the road, and two additional slopped side-roads along both sides of the crossed road  for entrance and exit through the said tunnels. Along the said roads there are some collectors for traffic incidents cases.
We can use computerized optimization for lengths of gaps between LU, TLU, and STLU, and for optimal configuration of TLU- and STLU from start to finish being changeable, while all LU, TLU and STLU are pilotless.
We can use some levels of acceleration on the roads. The first level from start and up to 100 km/h or less, and use additional speed accelerations and reduction on the roads up to end terminals. At terminals there are additional side-roads for boarding and for exit.  
Terminals are equipped by reserve LU collectors.
