Small vehicles on roads is a solvable problem

Urgent problem of small vehicles on roads and its weakening

I saw, that it would be an urgent problem, jet many years ago, when such means of transport were very exotic, and mainly being small cars.  The a madman only or a suicide try to travel with big velocity by small transport on the road, but now it turns in real epidemic being very dangerous for all on the roads including pedestrians.  

Now any driver is sore suffering by that problem on the road, but municipality and police are starting to extinguish the fire at a tree no sooner than all forest is burning.

Yes, it needs many bans and penalties, but not full ban, and I see here one problem only, and it is a small cars with their small velocity breaking high-speed movement for the others. The small cars can be for special places or/and for invalids only.

For electric bikes it can be a special signaling gadget, and not special roads for a madman and for a suicide. For children it can be wearable signaling gadget fed by electricity, while they move, additionally to parenting and introduction to behavior on the roads.

All that can’t fully eliminate accidents on the roads, but sufficiently weaken that problem
