Chance for paradigm shift in global energetics

Fossil fuel dominance is a hell for human survivability. Moreover, it is heavy burden by short seeing private persons’ egoism, corrupting any counteractions against it.
Any other alternatives are overloaded by geopolitics, geo-finance and geo-economics interests of West World against Third World, in favor to high-tech very expensive generators, and much less by basic engineering points of view, now allowing the global energy to be green & cheap & abundant & inexhaustible, while all materials and parts and tools for that purpose can be recyclable.

Mr. Antonio Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations :
“The technologies that are necessary to make this possible are already available. The key missing ingredient is a lack of political will he said: “Political will to stop subsidies on fossil fuels”, or to shift taxation from income to carbon, “taxing pollution instead of people.”

Solar generators (as thermal as photovoltaic ones) are very energy ineffective in northern and moderate climate (less than 5% of solar energy fallen on land area for the said generators’ deployment), especially because of following necessity of daily and seasonal energy storage in a form of chemical energy, then can be transformed back in electricity, it can give annually about 400.0 kWh/m2 land area, vs. about 90 kWh/m2 for wind power, but the last doesn’t extract the area from other usage.
  
I can offer the electricity as practically only energy source for human living and economics as for stationary applications as for mobile ones mainly for charge along roads, and less by fueling by ethanol, but for on-board water steam reforming in hydrogen to be transformed in electricity by fuel cells. Such electricity for a mileage is in order of magnitude cheaper than gasoline, and equal to ammonia, but ammonia is unsuitable fuel in such usage.
   
Electricity generated goes for
in lion share for consumers directly,
and much less for ethanol production from carbon dioxide extracted from the air and from hydrogen produced by water thermolysis by concentrated rays of magnetrons.
It can be:
(a) H2O = H2 + O2
(b) the air + CaO water solution = CaCO3 continuously extracted for
(c) CaCO3 = (900 C) = CaO + CO2 concentrate
(d) 2 CO2 + 8 H2 =  2 CH4 + 4 H2O + 508 kJ can be utilized in electricity
(e) 2 CH4 + O2 = (750-950 C) = C2H4 + 2H2O +280 kJ can be utilized in electricity
(f) C2H4 +H2O = (solid acid catalyst) = C2H5OH – 70 kJ

And mobile reactions:
(g) C2H5OH +3 H2O = (900 C) = 2 CO2 + 6 H2 – 350 kJ
(h) 6 H2 + air = (fuel cell) = 6 H2O  


Here the system energy efficiency is near 50%., but it is minor electricity production application, so it is minor energy loses. If for ships being as large fuel consumers, the said CO2 can be cheaply and conveniently collected and return back for ethanol recycling.
