Express diagnostics of CAVID-19 and its variations

CAVID-19 and its variations and their any stage as many other pulmonary diseases can be diagnosed/detected even if in quite earlier stage as quick as some seconds per capita and as cheap as some cents by a voice analysis both by hardware and by ear after short training. It is well known technique of patterns recognition, and can be developed at practically negligible investment and by tiny group of engineers or even by one engineer and worldwide scaled in a quite short time.
And the only obstacle can be probably lack of political request to get rid our mankind of this pandemic, if the last being globally planed as a sort of the fourth world war to get rid  our world of “populations garbage”, and simultaneously to save infrastructure for healthy part of mankind.
