Insects being nutritive and rich by protein and fat like meat and fish, it have a very promising potential to solve a food problems of growing mankind population and its growing needs by the insects farming as it is practiced now in some countries and regions, and will save environment now destroyed more and more by traditional agriculture. My solution is only way to introduce the insects as a panacea in meals cultures world widely, by use industry processing to reform the insects into traditional food forms, at first as additives, and then as a surrogate of traditional meals as it is practiced now by wide use of coloring agents, taste improve etc. It allows in the future insects to be used directly as a meal up to insects salads, as a garnish or with a garnish.

What specific problem are you solving?

Now it is known millions species of the insects, and a lot of them comprise very attractive and worthy ingredients for food and pharmacy purpose, but being very unusual for most traditional cultures the insects are rejected as a food, moreover they are looked absolutely inedible and even repulsive. Now insects are very difficult to be introduced to foodstuff market except of some countries and regions that can use the insects as a food traditionally and harmless. My solution is three steps and only way to introduce insects as Nutritious & Lands saving panacea in conservative meals cultures world widely. It can be helped by applying a present power of bio science and industrial food processing, and successful present and aging practice in some regions of the world, and can be supported by governments and locally and private by funding

The only way to introduce the insects in wide food practice is to use industry processing to reform the insects into traditional food forms, at first as additives, and then as a surrogate of traditional meals as it is practiced now by wide use of coloring agents, taste improve etc. It allows in the future the insects to be used directly as a meal up to insects salads, as a garnish or with a garnish.
