Solar novel alternative for Israel

To be competitive, the solar primary electricity has to be cheaper USD 0.01/kWh or so. Now it far isn’t reached. Solar electro-thermal power plant of my design allows about 0.75 cents/kWh or less, and 0.095 cent at 5 years payback by breeding investment. 3% land area excluding Negev is enough to satisfy all energy needs of Israel reliably, by 0.8 cent/kWh (2.8 agorot), and taxes can feed budget by 30.0 milliard shekel annually.
It can be stored by 0.5 cent/kWh operationally by melted sodium hydroxide and partly in a form of artificial intermediary fuel by 2.5 cents/kWh off-grid electricity, but autonomous supply being needed for defense, can be paralleled by direct grid supply of 0.095 cent/kWh through local substations, especially for housing.
Disclosure for experts
It is an original solar concentrating system with motionless focal spot for thermal heterodyne of two rectennas with rectifiers about 2.5 THz or so, serving to convert high temperature heat in electricity with energy efficiency about 67%. Mechanical part of the concentrator is about USD 15.0/kWp, and the rectenna supposed to be USD 0.1/cm2 at mass production.
I’ll be ready and glad to assist you at all stages of consideration with all my best (about interdisciplinary level of my expertise see CV in attachment). .
