It comprises: (1) PV-panel for sun light in electricity, (2) electricity for water splitting in hydrogen and oxygen, (3) jet consumes such H2 and O2 to restore speed big loss on near Earth orbit and operative changes it for such missions’ needs. For example, the water about 2% of satellite’s weight can prolong typical lifetime (1 day to 3 weeks for 200 km altitude, 1 year to 20 years for 400 km) Reference {39}-[7], 12.02.2022
