About corruption in European parliament and in European Commisssion

I can underline that my conclusions are based on actions and initiatives and not only on biography of such persons. Their beautiful initiatives in reality are very harmful by huge expences and long time. For example, Mr. Sefcovic by his "new" initiative is repeating a variant of Nabucco project has very long and very negative history, so it needs now for fresh ideas and I can offer them (see my article in http://judbarovski.livejournal.com/109252.html ). For example, look please in Internet about your colleague in ITME Mr. Roland Paksas, a person whom in his Lithuania now is forbidden to participate in elections for any public post, and he has a big business in Russia, was funded for elections by Russian billionaire, and because its involving in some resonant corruption scandals, but now he is elected for European parliament and a member of some VP posts in it. I see my earlier appeals to relevant bureaucrats of EU parliament and European Commission three month ago was without any influence.
