Food Crisis Solving By Thechnology David Judbarovski, retired, retired, Akko, Israel Abstract Text: Food crisis solving by technology The mankind is faced before growing food crisis, because (1) climate change shorting the water supply, (2) manifold rising in cost of fertilizers, because fuels crisis, (3) logistic problems are induced by Russian invasion in Ukraine. (4) growing mankind population and its needs Insects being nutritive and rich by protein and fat like meat and fish, it have a very promising potential to solve a food problem by the insects farming as very productive animals, but very frugal in their feeding. as it is practiced now in some countries and regions traditionally and harmlessly. My solution is three steps and only way to introduce insects as Nutritious & Lands saving panacea into conservative meals cultures by use industry processing to reform the insects into traditional food forms, at first as additives, and then as a surrogate of traditional meals as it is practiced now by wide use of coloring agents, taste improve etc. It allows in the future insects to be used directly as a meal up to insects salads, as a garnish or with a garnish. Now insects are very difficult to be introduced to foodstuff market except of some countries and regions that can use the insects as a food traditionally and harmless.
