Abstract
New kind of wind power generation being a multi-sectioned rope fixed below and stretched upward by a balloon lighter than air, while each section comprise a frame with pair of tall and thin VAWT-s symmetrically to the rope and rotated each in opposite direction to the another one to neglect torsion loads to the rope. Totally its electricity is much cheaper USD 0.01/ kWh - limit allows cost competitive fuels from CO2 of the air and H2O split.
It can be deployed as at the land as abundant and cheaper in seas and oceans, even if local deepness down to 3 km or deeper. At the last case, the rope is fixed to a small container filled by air underwater near water surface, while the container is fixed to deep water bed by ropes at its three different points
Really:
(1) The lion share of such electricity cost is a specific price of electric generators being about USD 100.0/kW, so electricity is cheaper $150/ (9000 hr./yr. * 5 years payback) = 0.35 cent/kWh. Q.E.D !!!
(2) CO2 + 3 H2 = CH2 (oil) + H2O - 72 kJ negligible.
3 H2O = 3H2 + 1.5 O2 - 858 kJ = 40,000 kWh/ton H2
CO2 from air reacts with CaO solution then split by heat = 1144 kWh/ton CO2
If less $0.01/kWh, so
(1144 * 44 + 6 * 40,000 / 0.7-efficiency) / 14
= 28,000 kWh /ton oil = 4,000 kWh/bbl << $40/bbl OPEX + ~$25/bbl CAPEX Q.E.D. !!!
