Thin tall wind turbine with paired horizontal units

Thin tall wind turbine with paired horizontal units David Judbarovski, systems engineering, principle inventor judbarovdski@gmail.com It is a new kind of wind turbine. It is stretched by aerostat to a height up to some hundreds meters with more wind velocity. Its paired units on both sided to the tall axle are rotated in opposite directions, so diminish drastically its torsion loads and the axle is very thin and light rope can be fixed to a sea deep bed . All construction and its units in particular, have big power-to-weight ratio, and a lion share of a total cost is a cost of electric generators. The specific price of their generators is about USD 100.0/ kW, so a cost of electricity would be no more than $150 / (9000 kWh/yr.* 5 years payback) = 0.35 cent/kWh
